Hi, I’m Crise, the founder of Crisenmanagement—a one-woman operation dedicated to revolutionizing the music industry by providing specialized booking and tour management services for queer and out-of-the-ordinary artists.

My mission is simple: to ensure that artists who defy convention find the spaces and audiences they need and deserve.

The name "Crisenmanagement" is more than just a brand; it’s a reflection of my purpose and personal journey. The name is a play on the German word Krisenmanagement, which means "crisis management." I chose this name because it speaks directly to the crisis I see in the music industry—a crisis rooted in the dominance of cisgender male artists and the continuing lack of diversity on stages across the world.

I’m passionate about punk and rap, but my love for music is as diverse as the artists I work with. I’m not restricted to any single genre, and neither are the artists I support. My roster includes well-established artists like Ceschi, who blends genres with a unique style that defies categorization, as well as emerging talents like the punk duo Schimpfen, who are just starting to make their mark.

What draws me to an artist isn’t their genre—it’s their ability to make people feel something real, something powerful, something that stands apart from the generic norms of the music industry.

I started Crisenmanagement because I believe it’s time to manage this crisis by creating opportunities for artists who are often marginalized or overlooked. I want to amplify the voices that challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of creativity.

Whether it’s helping to secure a gig at an inclusive festival or booking and managing a whole tour, I work closely with venues, promoters, and festivals that share my values of inclusivity and creativity. By doing so, I’m able to connect artists with audiences that truly appreciate and celebrate their unique contributions to the cultural landscape.

I handle every detail of tour management with care and precision, so my artists can focus on what they do best—creating and performing.

As a one-woman business, I’m deeply committed to each of the artists I work with. I know how important it is to have someone in your corner who understands your vision and supports your journey.
